We had carte blanche to transform this former auxiliary office in the heart of Paris into a fully equipped studio, ready to rent, to accommodate passing foreigners or students.

The space is small but we had to make it functional while giving it personality.

Our commitment: the “hotel suite” concept This fully modular space meets all living needs and offers a good level of comfort. The lines are pure, the space is lightly loaded to be able to move around, the materials are solid but not ostentatious and the decor sober and chic. A cozy atmosphere and studied lighting highlight the height under the ceiling as well as the different living spaces.
